I've had something in mind for one of our meetings for quite some time now, Freedom Pens Project. We decided to do it at our September meeting. We will have at least 20 kits to play with, donated by Wood-N-Whimsies. Anna was looking into a donation from a couple other sellers as well. I have all ready cut the blanks and glued the tubes in, so all you'll have to do is turn, finish, and assemble. I'm thinking we can have at least 20 done by the end of the meeting. We will then box them up with a note saying who they are from and send them off to our troops.
I have forgotten what tool we were going to go over on sharpening. If some one could remind me I'll be sure to bring it.
